Owned the global People systems ecosystem for 2,500 employees and contractors across 26 countries, leading a team of 8 — HRIS administration, integrations, and the full employee lifecycle. Took the function from manual, ticket-driven operations to automated workflows: average resolution fell from 5 days to 1.2, self-help ticket avoidance rose from 0% to 24%, and the admin agent count dropped from 6 to 2. Unified onboarding across teams that each ran their own process, lifting onboarding satisfaction from 3.1 to 4.7. Earlier, as the senior analyst on the same team, cut payroll error rates by 60% by tracing errors to root cause and standardising country data into a single format. Onboarded 2 acquisitions, and led the access-control automation that met SOC 2.

Delivered 100+ global payroll implementation projects for three dozen clients across 30 countries through an in-country partner network — owning requirements, partner coordination, data conversion, parallel testing, go-live and hypercare. Took over escalated projects from other managers and brought them back on track, and advised private equity clients on aligning mergers with implementation timelines. Served as integration SME for ADP Workforce Now, Workday and SuccessFactors, and mentored 12 new hires.

Owns the people systems roadmap and governance model, partnering across every administrative function to consolidate platforms and automate workflows. Stepped in as interim HR operations leader through a complete senior leadership turnover, keeping service delivery uninterrupted while replacing the processes behind it. Found SOX controls that were never fully operationalised and led the cleanup. Launched MCP access to the HRIS with guardrails that keep people data protected while staying shareable, built custom API integrations with AI to script and test at scale, and trained internal admin teams to build their own AI skills — including a natural language report builder that honours each user's native system permissions. Took over the global payroll centralisation programme across 26 countries after a reduction in force eliminated every project manager — rebuilt it from scratch and kept it moving, delivering every project on time and realigning previously delayed work. Owns the full programme structure: steering committee, status reporting, risk and decision logs, and go-live readiness criteria. Leads data mapping, integration testing, parallel payroll runs and cutover planning for the Workday to ADP Celergo migration, across 7 functions, 3 regions and 100+ stakeholders.

Brought in after a disjointed ADP Workforce Now implementation to get the configuration right — advising HR and payroll leadership, then leading enhancements across payroll, timekeeping, and integrations to fix both process and compliance gaps.

Stabilised delayed payroll implementations by realigning stakeholders and timelines, served as interim Payroll Manager while building the team back up, and set up post-merger payroll and benefits for a foreign leadership group entering new markets.
